We did English riding, dressage and over fences and at camp I was a member of the drill team. I was also a member of the rifle team, learned how to shoot at camp, and when I was in high school where we live now, at a PTA meeting my mother asked the team coach (also my chemistry teacher) if there were any girls on the team. He said there weren't, but there was no reason why there couldn't be, so I was the first and only girl on the school rifle team. And he was very nice, let my good (female) friend come whenever we had matches with other schools. She was in the club, but wasn't good enough to be on the team, so I wasn't the only girl when we went places.
