It is a little bit funny when they see someone like me though, who supports sex workers and wants them to get paid equally, have unions, etc., but doesn't really like prostitution. I know women who do that kind of work and they are not very happy with their lot in life. They've been, and still are, abused, have drug problems, need money for their kids, or just to support themselves. They don't tell the johns that though, they say they make more money when they act happy and smile. That's why I don't really argue with women who support or do sex work. Not in front of men anyways. Not that all men would do that, just that sex workers never know who might be their next buyer, and they want to put on a happy face. They do act differently around men than they do women, wether or not men want to admit it is a different story...
