native Russian or Eastern European. When I first began watching her videos, I had to really pay attention as I found her hard to understand. Looks like she might have had botox or other enhancements (dental?) that stiffen her mouth, lips, etc. At any rate, I'm glad I finally learned to listen to her. I think she and her friend, Corina, do some good work.
Just my 2 cents worth... 
ETA: SheltieLover, I didn't mean to imply that I think she has a Russian or Eastern European accent. I have seen her fake a Russian accent when she's discussing Pootin and his henchmen. She's pretty funny sometimes.
