Yesterday

Considered making hard boiled eggs in the fryer.

I might try that at some point. Just got mine set up and running again this week, had to wait for an outlet repair as there is only one realistic place in the kitchen for this appliance. I love the way it cooks bacon, though!

Still learning all the things I can make/cook in it.
