Tuesday

Chopped romaine, spring mix, chopped red onion, radishes, broccoli, green peas, pickled beets. Tossed with homemade walnut-balsamic dressing. Left over bean loaf and chickpeas for protein on top. Toasted baguette with olive tapenade. Iced green tea with lemon. Italian sesame seed cookies for dessert. Cheers! 🥂
