6. Tofurky Roast Beef Sandwiches

Plant-based roast beef on fresh rye bread with ketchup and horseradish. Cole slaw with pineapple and a mayonnaise based dressing. Sautéed onions and mushrooms with caraway seeds. Vanilla tapioca pudding tarts with fresh pineapple and coco whip for dessert. Cheers
