They have 5.5 million people that benefit from their sovereign wealth fund of close to $2 trillion. Free health care and education through college.

Oslo is just over 1 million and the next 3 largest cities are less then 350 miles away. I'm sure EV's work just find there. And as been pointed out above - their electricity is mostly hydro with some wind as well.

Just went thru a snow event where I live, my 2021 Tesla Model Y Dual Motor worked just fine on snow and ice. Did lose some range on the days of single digits but I charge at home so no big deal.
