I have been in your shoes and I can just imagine how youre feeling.
My oncologist always tells me that medical science improves so fast even in the last 5 years there are new treatments, drugs, that werent around before. And, if you have to have surgery, you have to have it. Its not the end of the world. I have been through it! And that was 19 years ago and Im still here! You will be okay. I will send you good thoughts and strength to deal. Heres a hug

My mother had bilateral breast cancer lumps. She had lumpectomy, radiation, and then took tamoxifen. She did not die
