Musical taste has always been subjective. So, every kind of music is going to not be somebody's cup of tea.
Besides, is their anything in such comments that are counterfactual.
Autotune didn't exist. Backing tracks were very difficult to do given the technology. Dance moves were part of rock/pop music outside of motown & philly sound stuff.
You find stating facts embarrassing?
Curious.
