9. I've actually made great cornbread in my Instant Pot pressure cooker. Last Thanksgiving was an exception . . .

Wednesday

I tried to use thick, heavy buttermilk instead of milk or water. It was still gooey by dinnertime. I ended up cooking it for double the time to make it edible.

I've actually made great cornbread by grinding up popcorn kernels to use as the cornmeal.
