2. I use Chrome but many times this red banner that is from msn slides across my screen

and I can't click it off. I have to wait until the damn thing takes itself off. If I click on anything on it the entire page turns into msn and I have to wait for it to remove itself.

I know this sounds wako but that is what happens.
