I like picked green beans, okra, sweet peppers, hot peppers, beets, cauliflower, carrots. My grandma made piccalilli (I think it is kind of like mustard pickles) that was always set out on the table with meals, along with other kinds of relish she made. If we told our grandma we had a stomach ache, she would give us a drink of pickle juice. 😊 Love your threads, Deb, and hope you are feeling well!🩷

I love my bread and butters, plain or with a little bit of pepper flakes added to the canning jars.

Hot dill pickles. Krogers Zingers or if not available, I put crushed dried hot peppers in the pickle jar.
