I'm glad you found the answer & solution.
I'll bet you will feel ten times better once you are conpletely healed than you have in quite some time.
Do call upon your ancestors to guide your surgeons & caretakers & for healing. An African proverb tells we stand on the shoulders of our ancestors. Jung said our lives are the continuation of our ancestors' unattained goals.
Did the surgeon suggest non cardio exercise to help speed recovery? Seniorplanet.org has free virtual exercise classes daily, chair yoga, & even tai-chi you mighr enjoy.
