9. This video had an odd effect on me

I found myself being more conscious and present during every little ordinary task I performed soon after seeing it, like making a cup of coffee or going out to pick up the mail. Normally I do things on autopilot and my mind is elsewhere. Fortunately, the effect passes within an hour.
