23. You've Got Mail and While You Were Sleeping
Tue Jan 14, 2025, 03:24 PM
Tuesday

In You've Got Mail, Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan's chemistry is great. Hanks' character is affable which makes him hard to dislike and Ryan's character is a warm, adorable woman who tries not to like Hank's character.

While You Were Sleeping, this is one of my favorite Sandra Bullock movies. Sandra Bullock's character (Lucy) is secretly in love with a man (Peter) who really doesn't know she exists. When she saves his life, everyone but his brother (Jack) thinks she is his fiancee. As Jack tests her with questions about Peter's life, Lucy figures out she's in love with Jack and Jack figures out he's in love with Lucy.
