About time, too!

And speaking of “time”, parents like these should be DOING time for teaching their murderous children “what to do and how to do it”. With frequent random inspections of their homes and workplaces to check for more hidden weapons that could be used to kill, also. And RIDICULOUSLY high fines added on.

If it were me, I wouldn’t just “throw the book” at them. I’d make it whole libraries and entire book-binding companies, too.
