And never will. I have faith in Moss & Freeman's legal team, but without the threat of a Federal Judge Giuliani did not honor his obligations. He will continue to delay, and defer, and blame because that's how how rolls.

He cannot do otherwise because like his mentor he's permanently bent that way.
