Just posting an observation, not a criticism. 
That their economy is allegedly in the toilet could be Beijing generated PR news; we've no real confirmation of the videos we see, nor from the best talk-talk think tank "fellows" analyses.

It's likely that after 3 years our best intelligence re China is classified across civilian/military systems, which means that posting links to show China's spending priorities is more helpful. As if this easily distracted, semi-literate public even cares.
