It is obvious he did not read what the SC said (but that said--Birthright Citizenship was only upheld
by ONE vote. Scary!!

This is simply not true. Congress cannot do this without a Constitutional Amendment. No gray area here.

Who knew Congress could just pass legislation to overturn a Constitutional amendment?
Helpful to know for dealing with the 2nd Amendment next time the Democrats are in power.
