It is obvious he did not read what the SC said (but that said--Birthright Citizenship was only upheld
by ONE vote. Scary!!
This is simply not true. Congress cannot do this without a Constitutional Amendment. No gray area here.

I think birthright citizenship is safe for the time being but the makeup of 5-4 SCOTUS ruling is rarely irrelevant
