If they were trying to kill everyone in Gaza they could have done that by now, started with 2 million+ Gazans, there still is 2 million+ Gazans.

The civilian to terrorist casualty ratio there has been no different than any other Urban environment like in the US in the Battle of Fallujah Iraq
