(Although, were they paid the 13 or whatever million or were they paid a small portion of that with the rest going to you-know-who?)

But, for what was spent, you'd think they'd have done whatever one does to avoid this happening.

But, our nation is now trying out "worst and dimmest" rather than "best and brightest"....it's not going well.
