These billionaires want this shit? Make them PAY for it. If we need it so bad to stay ahead of China (big question mark there) how about these corporations foot the bill to rebuild these small communities water/waste infrastructure. Include plants that recycle water used by these behemoths to be purified and at a minimum, supply it to these communizes as non-potable waste and irrigation water if not some full on potable water to add to the system?
