were conceived naturally. There seems to be some evidence his very first child was, but none of the others. Grimes has said her kids were not, and I don't think she's the only one to say that. In fact IIRC one of their kids wasn't even carried by her, just her egg and his sperm, and a surrogate mother carried for them.

Not that any of this is really any of our business generally, but I'd not be surprised if Elmo is asexual.
