There were some very specific, measureable conditions in his contract, including stock price, sales volume, and other deliverables, in order for him to receive the massive compensation package that would increase his net worth past the $1 trillion mark.

I can’t imagine he has met these, considering Tesla sales have steadily declined over the past year.
