This is still an active treaty.

Israeli warships passed through the canal in November 2024, and both Egypt and Israel cited the Convention as the reason for allowing such passage.

I like old treaties and their applicability over time, as it is a fascinating subject.

One could argue that the treaty remains in effect as long as Egypt decides it's active and in force, as the canal is under their sovereign control and land.

It should be noted that despite my suggestion above, this treaty is not on as solid ground as other old treaties, as some of the signatories, the Russian, German, Ottoman, and Austria-Hungary Empires have broken political lines to their modern incarnations. Other nations, however (UK, France, Spain, and the Netherlands), have political continuity from their signatories from the late 19th century to the present.
