4. Texas had this issue when they started requiring DL #. Many did not match what was in the SOS system

Or they didn't have a DL in the SOS system.

You would think FL would have learned from Texas. They had to transfer DPS data to the SOS database. Those with things like Real ID and recent renewals at the DMV didn't have the problem.

This only impacted mail voting, not in person. In-person doesn't check the actual DL #
