Monday

I'd kinda forgotten that Tai Chi is in fact a martial art, but I looked into the businesses that teach martial arts in this area and they list all sorts of instruction in martial arts like karate, jiu-jitsu, taekwondo, krav mega, but none of them mention Tai Chi.

In addition to Tai Chi Chair, now I am seeing Tai Chi Walking....even Tai Chi Golf.
