2. There are some good exercises which I integrated into my calisthenics workout

I don’t use the chair and I also walk regularly and ride my stationary bike. Some of their arm stretches are great for our backs.

I don’t click shit so no scamming ads here. I just look at their folks and and steal ideas.
My brother started karate and judo as a ten year old, earned a black belt and still does martial arts exercises. He loves cycling and still rides a real mountain bike. He looks great for 72.
