12. Talarico only brings up religion to condemn the people who misuse

And to make points that reinforce why the separation of church is so important. He in no way has ever preached that his religion is in any way superior to others, and is a fierce advocate for keeping the ten commandments out of classrooms and maintaining the clear line between church and state.
