Thanks for the link. Certainly looks very close to the KKK sign the link references, though I don't see any other examples online of KKK asses doing two finger Vs touching... Very possible, of course, that these idiot kids got it slightly wrong.

Also very possible that what I thought was "dubs up" is meant as a "Westside" gang symbol (also as done by idiot college kids).
