This is a pic of the University of Washington College Republicans, taken back in 2019.

UW had just shut down their club because they were so obnoxious and racist that the state and national college Republicans actually asked UW to shut them down.
You can read more about this in our post on Armen Tooloee. Armen is a bigot who used to work for Chris Rufo and is now working for Russ Vought at OMB. That's him in the front center.
I see three finger gestures in this pic. Given the context, the "OK" signs are certainly meant as white power. And the three extended fingers are "dubs up," a harmless University of Washington thing.
My question: what is the third gesture being done by many of these kiddies, the pointer finger and middle finger in a sideways V on both hands? Is this also some sort of hate symbol? Or something harmless? Very curious.
Thanks for any insight you can offer!

(84 posts)Thanks for the link. Certainly looks very close to the KKK sign the link references, though I don't see any other examples online of KKK asses doing two finger Vs touching... Very possible, of course, that these idiot kids got it slightly wrong.
Also very possible that what I thought was "dubs up" is meant as a "Westside" gang symbol (also as done by idiot college kids).
