There's any 'what if' about it. He was a partner in the crimes and I think all those documents he squirreled away at the end of 1.0 are evidence we need to see. Surely he kept them, FBI files, so nobody could use them but him. I'm sure any damning files about him are probably buried with Ivana's ashes.

Starting to wonder who else is buried at his golf courses.
