I guess when Melania had sex with trump for the 1st time, and I cannot remember if she said it to the tabloid herself or a friend said it, but the "news" was that "Melania had never had better sex in her life, until she had it with trump", I believe it was a simple trick to booster his ego and get him to merry her.

I am sure she could do what Meg Ryan did in the film "When Harry met Sally" with a sandwich, just fake an incredible orgasm and boost the easy target to think that no one is as good as him.

Mission accomplished so she doesn't have to get in bed with the guy anymore...
