The explanation of why Republican's use of "Democrat" instead of "Democratic" is bad grammar [View all]

I was never really certain what was wrong with it but it is explained here.

"Using "Democrat" instead of "Democratic Party" (or the adjective "Democratic" to modify words like "agenda" or "policies&quot is widely considered poor grammar because it uses a noun in place of the proper adjective. The primary reason it is a point of contention, however, is that this usage is an intentional political slight.


They might just as well say "We aint gonna vote for that bill because we seen it helps people. We here for money so we gonna make the Democrat party look bad so we'ins can look good"
