Don't let that POS anywhere close to Arlington National Cemetery or any other military cemetery.

I agree, but he, and all former presidents, are eligible for burial at Arlington regardless of whether they served.

According to 32 CFR 553(a)(6)(i) a president is eligible for burial at Arlington only if a veteran.
