In reply to the discussion: Donald Trump wants to be buried in Arlington Cemetery [View all]popsdenver
(1,412 posts)20. Agreed
It would be an incredible injustice To bury him in Arlington National Cemetery.
He was a multi-draft dodger, loathes the Military as all Suckers and Losers, and continually screws over our soldiers and sailors as often as he can........
All others in Arlington are there for their fighting for Democracy, hundreds of thousands of them, and allowing him to be there would be the greatest travesty of all time.....

Bury him out back by the maintenance sheds in an unmarked grave...The Tomb of the Unknown President.

I agree, but he, and all former presidents, are eligible for burial at Arlington regardless of whether they served.

According to 32 CFR 553(a)(6)(i) a president is eligible for burial at Arlington only if a veteran.

Like those silly rules would stop him and Republicans from doing it. It's almost comical...

If he dies tomorrow (may it please God), Vance would order him buried in Arlington, federal regulations be damned.

I agree with all of that except for the public not supporting disturbing his grave.

That would definitely suffice, the putrid smell of Flim Flam Man would be covered up by the smell of rotting

Good question, one which I have no answer to other than the smell of rotting garbage

If he gets buried there I'm going to dig him up and put him in a dumpster where he'll end up somewhere he won't be found

He has desecrated everything else, but that would be to far. That would be an insult to every member of the military

Surely they have a latrine with floor space - for a simulated great and very brave soldier

Wherever he's buried, make sure it opens up into a PortaPotty. (Regretfully I forget who I stole that from !) nt

He's probably working on getting his birthday declared a national holiday.

I'm sorry ... isn't Arlington reserved for war heroes and military combatants?

He wants someone to guard his grave for free, that is why Arlington works for him

No that is an honor for a U.S. Military Veteran not for somebody who paid for a phony excuse from a doctor

I am in favor of this. They should build him a huge structure, the Tomb of The Unknown Chomo.
