I am less enthusiastic about psychedelics/ketamine post Musk.

I am still interested in their benefits, but not to copping out to anything fascistic or exploitative. I support small businesses (e.g.: this Amanita shop I once tried run by this very innocuous bro. My local MJ company is similar - they are these legitimately cool guys. I am always grateful to anyone chill who tolerates a conflict prone feminist who rants about creeps all the time :-/).

Two things I have a horror of by now: “transactionalism” and syncretism. It’s a bleak landscape between the anti-drug nazis/ exploitative jerks (“private prisons are a growth industry!”) and pro drug nazis/exploitative jerks (“VR Reefer Madness tests and games are essential to legalisation as long as it’s this random who is the test subject! We’ll ask for permission later! Or never!”).

That’s hyperbole but for people of such eclectically awful and exploitative tendencies you figure even broad swipes and shots in the dark probably hit a mark more often than not.
