44. I didn't understand Noem's Biden blame

I have applied for a visa to the UK. It doesn't mean I'm going to get approved by the Home Office. If I do get approved and THEN commit a crime, how is the fact I filled out an application and got it sent forward for possible approval anyone's fault?

I just received notice from the UK Home Office that it needed more info from me. That's standard for an application process. The Biden administration didn't approve the applicatio. but considered what had been submitted without a decision.
