The US Navy has boarding teams on many smaller ships that do EXACTLY the mission of boarding suspected drug runners. Each "War" in the gulf, my ships had these teams and they conducted daily operations.

Those teams are referred to as Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure Teams or, VBSS teams. There is no world in which these extrajudicial murders were OK, or did not violate international law.

Each of those personnel from Kegsbreath to the Admiral in Charge, to the Members of Seal Team 6 should all be held to account. The question is if anyone has the spine to do it.
