7. I had a storm damage claim in 1998

and was thrilled with the way they handled it.
Then a few years ago the had a Drive Safety deal that I signed up for. Put a sensor in my car, but that wasn’t good enough. Then they wanted me to report my mileage every few months. I haven’t had an accident in 50 years or a ticket. More and more hoops to jump thru and my premiums just kept going up.
Then they hired
Then then they hired McKencie Consulting.
