5. We've had State Farm for more than 50 years

A handful of claims in that time and handled judiciously in my opinion. We got a new agent six years ago. He told us if we had a wreck or any other claim to call him not St Farm. Otherwise he could do nothing for us. Any feedback on that plan? Sounds like a mystery but fortunately we haven’t needed them since Katrina.
