State Farm Insurance now sucks [View all]

They use to be a great company until they hired a ruthless consulting firm. Had one of the highest satisfaction ratings and have dropped, big time. Now it’s the 3 “D”s deny, delay and decline. Agents now try to install fear in their customers by always spouting worst case possibilities.
Time to switch.
