The Russian-born founder of messaging app Telegram, arrested in France as part of an investigation into crimes related to child pornography, drug trafficking and fraudulent transactions on the platform.
Supposed links to Putin.

It is quite reasonable to suspect Putin is running illegal drug/sex rings.
He has a vast network of political operatives who have installed his puppets into govt
positions in the US and Europe. This costs money.

Putin is also running mercenaries
across Africa and South America to start wars to produce large numbers of refugees
who flood the US and Europe to help create dissent and turn elections in Putin's favor.

All of this costs a great deal of cash and Putin will not use his personal money for it.
He gets it from his illegal activities.

Putin is a viscous, ruthless psychopath who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals.
Restoration of the old USSR, control over Europe and the US, and #1 superpower.
