But also the Biden administration did a LOT and got shit on for it by the right, constantly, incessantly.
The news media is pro-GOP. ALL of it. Biden is old, feeble, etc. And Trump is not old and feeble, somehow?
Not buying it.
The Democrats could obviously do better. They should be calling for things like Medicare for All (or some kind of true universal health), some kind of basic income maybe. But mostly, STOP LISTENING TO CONSULTANTS. Just stop with the focus-grouped nonsense. Stop caring more about your next election and being a corporate toady. Stop putting your thumb on the scale against progressives. That is the single biggest turnoff for me, at least.
Who decided Walz should stop calling them "weird" and to stop being himself? That was a grave error. Also, who the fuck cares about Liz Cheney? Enough with trying to cozy up to disaffected Republicans. Stop doing that.
