5. Canadian French pastry is a category all its own.

Not like French or American pasty.

The goodies are hearty and much bigger than French and American pastry.
But with the French flavor and touch.

And in the shops, there are huge rows and rows of pastry.
It is overwhelming.

Definitely worth an invasion but only if I am in charge of croissant acquisition.
