The receptionist puts that into the woman's medical information file.

How many healthcare data breaches have happened in the last few years? I've personally gotten several letters saying my info may have been hacked.

So now her hypothetical answer of "not a citizen" is in the possession of Big Data miners. It's shared and hacked and stolen.

Eventually she is in a database of a government entity that is tasked with deporting her, along with several members of her family due to data association.

Now change the receptionists question to "have you ever had an abortion?"...

There are dark times coming.
