It is just the weirdest, driest, creepiest most punitive speech I've heard delivered to a room full of wealthy, powerful people since Putin's 2007 dress-down in Munich. This disembodied, harsh lecture that certainty didn't go over well. I don't know how he appears at these events but he just sounds sickly, defensive and weak lately, including at his Hannity appearances.

Trump despises being mocked but he invites it.
