1. All it takes is for the Supreme Court to declare Trump in rebellion against the constitution and he's toast

Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (the "Disqualification Clause" or "Insurrection Clause&quot prohibits anyone from holding state or federal office who previously took an oath to support the Constitution and then engaged in insurrection, rebellion, or gave aid or comfort to enemies of the U.S.

Whether Section 3 of the 14th Amendment—the "Insurrection Clause"—applies to a sitting president is a subject of intense legal debate with no definitive Supreme Court ruling. But if the Supreme Court rules him in defiance, it's over.

So keep pissing off the Supremes, Donald, let's see where this leads.
