Not ONLY the Military Industrial Complex, he basically warned us against the Elite (wealthy) and Scientists/Technological influences.

Here is the entire speech (with the text) Definitely worth a listen. I had never heard the whole thing (I was not born until a few months later and wasn't paying attention to politics at the time.)
