And after that, he constantly calls back to his old RW memes that leaders of blue states can't possibly be competent (no mention of the RW denial and failure to address climate change, mind you)--constantly comparing the post-Katrina failure of the New Orleans levees (which were built, directed, designed, and overseen by Army Corps of Engineers, I might remind HIM) to the failure to anticipate record hurricane wind gust/crosswinds on top of Santa Anna blowing a single ember miles to start multiple record URBAN fires within and surrounding LA. It was a proxy for Trump throughout but Steele was NOT having it in the earlier segment. No way.
